Hierarchy of ranking and proper result

1. Matchpoints is ok
2. W-L Points OK
But what's the next if all is equal.
Normal is next the direct comparison between both teams.
It's not working.
Isn't it implemented?

At this example should be the Team 09-23-008-II LGA the first one because in the Match 09-23-008-II LGA - 09-23-008-I LGA the result were 2:1

Any idea to handle that?
