Team Lists

Postby nzrunner » Mon Aug 12, 2013 6:26 am

When you assign a team to a Project, you can specify that it is not to be included in the score. Is there a way to hide any team not included in the score, from the team drop-down in the Navigation menu?

I have a number of "filler" teams setup so we can create semi-finals and finals. However, I do not want these to appear in the team drop-down as they are just confusing people.

I tried to edit the query in helper.php but it didn't seem to have any effect.

My changes definitely work now. I have tried putting the module in the {template}/HTML folder, but that is definitely NOT working.

I have filed a bug report for that issue.

You should also be a bit careful about the way you say things. I have identified and fixed several bugs, contributed several bits of code to the core, am about to release several extensions for Joomleague, and I am the original developer of the Quick Icon that has recently been included in the core product.

As I stated, I have found and fixed the problem.

This issue can be considered closed.

I do land on the team info page but it's a (com_joomleague) link rather than the menu structure links and I dont get any of my modules appearing because they are assigned to specific "pages" on the menu. How do I fix this so that the navigation module builds the correct link and doesn't break my site ?????

Upgrade to the latest release. They made some improvements to the SEF creation and the navigation menu earlier this week.
