Fixtures

Postby Atletic Rodenc » Mon Dec 20, 2010 11:54 pm

Hello guys !

I have a question:

In JL1.5 not available the import of LMO (Liga Manager Online)

This is indispensable tool for me.

My question is, how do you do to create fixtures ? The hand you doing ? Or is there some way that I do not know, to make them automatically ?

I did it through the LMO and then import the JL and this is very easy to do since the LMO has keys and automatic are just entering the names of the teams once.

Thanks for your answers.

PD: Sorry for my English is not very good and I'm using the google translator.

Well, I think you still have to do it with LMO, there is NO import tool for joomleague.

Allthough I never used LMO, so I really dont have a clue what you're talking about :)

In JL version 0.93 if you had the option to import from the LMO.

What I want to know is how you create league schedules in a fast, not having to enter all the games one by one manually.

Thank you very much.

There is NO LMO import in JL1.5, ....and there is no super fast way to enter matches, yet....sorry for that!!

But If you know the history a litte of JL1.5, you had never asked this question...you should be happy what you have!!!
We never claimed or intend to make JL1.5 the same as 0.93, thats simply not possible in this ammount of time.
Development will grow, but it will take years.........for me, I dont care....

I give you another example;
Last year, everybody said, NO prediction.........NO joomleague, so our master Kurt created prediction for JL1.5,
Since 6 motnhs.....NOBODY helped to find bugs, created a wiki or manual for prediction?....

I Hope you see my point, why should we bother about LMO, spent time on this import tool, if almost nobody helpes US in somekind of way

:knuppel: ;)

You mean something like "Mass Add Matches" ?

I personally don't mind adding matches 1 by 1, but having a csv import function is useful or maybe someone will create a schedule generator extension in the future. For now it's fine as it is IMO but a good idea to expand on.

I just wanted to know if there was any way to automatically create all the matches of a league or have to manually create one by one.

From the responses, I gather they must be created manually.

As would be nice to put a future option to import LMO.

Thank you very much.

No hard feelings, :)
I hope a developer will join and help creating/maintaining this feature
