Several person to manage championship.

Hello,

I'm running Joomleague v1.5.4.f73dabe on Joomla 1.5.25.

As I have severall teams to manage, I want to find one correspondant by team.
This person will be able to add results, but add team players and pictures for each one.
The only way is to set this person as administrator with the rights of administrator for the whoe site?
