Point table without matches!

Hi everyone,

Is it possible the create a point table without any matches? It will just show the played matches, goals, etc.
Why i need this?

I have 4 play off groups. And every group of course includes different teams. After the matches competed i need make a total point table for shoving the general results. All four groups teams collected in a one table?

And always U could create this table as a excel, word, html, sketch, whatever....

Hmm i think somebody didn't understand me exactly...

I publish all my seasons at Joomleague and show these at Joomelague Navigation menu. At one season i have 3 groups, after the completed group matches we do the four play off groups and after the completed the all play off matches the champion and the others are being clear.

For example;

Groups
-A
-B
-C

After completed the group matches begins the Play off matches;

Play Off
-Play off 1 (Group A, B and C 1-4 teams)
-Play off 2 (Group A, B and C 5-8 teams)
-Play off 3 (Group A, B and C 9-12 teams)
-Play off 4 (Group A, B and C 13-16 teams)

After complete the play off matches, at where i can show the ranking table? From Team 1 to 16?
I can create a table at excel or anthing else i know but how i will show that at Navigation menu?

OK, i got it. Actually i tried before the entering points manually at teams page but it didn't work. After your message i tried again and i see that i forgot the check "use final input data" box. Now it is worked. Thanks you for your help.
My english is not so good that's why if i missed something, or said wrong, sorry...

It is not working again! I don't know what is happening but i was really worked again?

OK i created a new project and assigned the all play off teams. Manully fill the points. For correct ranking i gave the points to the teams from more to less. But actually these points don't make any sense, it's just for correct ranking. That's why i don't want to show these points. Here the problem;

When i choose only the point column it looks like this;

But as i said before the point doesn't make any sense that's why i don't want to show this column.
But when i remove that column it look like that;

(red rectangle area still there...)

I tried different templates but it didn't change? The headings of the table is doesnt being smaller. How can i fix this?

hmmm, I think U should remove some "<th></th>" from ranking tmpl....
but if U don't wanna corrupt other ranking table, U should create extension for that purpose.
1. remove some code from tmpl/ranking_heading.php
2. copy this one file to extensions/noheadrank/views/ranking/tmpl/ranking_heading.php
3. disable this extension in other project
4. enjoy your first working extension
5. share your work to other users, maybe someone else need this great developing stuff

I completed my first extension! Waooow.
I delete some "<th></th>" codes from default_rankingheading.php and copied to extensions as you've sad.
It worked,
But it's not ready for sharing like an extension becasue it is so simple and no headings already! Who wants this?
