Can't publish seasons

Just installed Joomleague for Joomla 2.5.
Already had experience with 1.5 but now I'm facing an issue. I can make seasons but when I want to publish it I get this error

TableSeason: ublish failed - Unknown column 'published' in 'field list' SQL=UPDATE belgiancup_joomleague_season SET published = 1 WHERE (checked_out = 0 OR checked_out = 299) AND id = 1"

Can someone help with this? I can't choose any seasons on the left hand side because of this.

Also get an error when I just try to start a project and add a self made team.

I went to updates and just tried some things.
For some reason doing the update jl_upgrade-1_6_to_2_0.php helped me fix this.
Don't know why it works now but at least it does
