Migrate data from 1.6 to 2.0

Postby aparent » Fri Mar 15, 2013 10:32 am

I have a site with joomla 1.5.26 and Joomleague 1.6.

I want to test Joomleague 2.0 in joomla 2.5.

I install the component Jupgrade on joomla 1.5 and I launch it.

When it's ok, I install Joomleague 2.0 on joomla 2.5.
I launch the two scripts (in maintenance of joomleague).

But nothing in Joomleague 2.0.

May you help me please?

Thanks a lot

I don't know if you resolved your issue yet, but I had the same problem.

It looks like for some reason, Jupgrade doesn't migrate the Joomleague tables.

You can check your tables to see if they were created, after running Jupgrade.

I had to manually copy the tables from the previous version.

I have the same problem described in this thread http://www.joomleague.net/index.php?option=com_jfusion&view=plugin&Itemid=373&lang=de&jfile=viewtopic.php&f=130&t=16186

How did you copy the tables?

I used phpmyadmin to export the Joomleage tables to a file. Then I did a search and replace of the prefix of the tables...for example I changed jos_ to j25_. Then I imported the table into the database using the file with the new table prefixes.
