extra team picture and manual ranking update

Hi Guys, I hope somebody can help me, I have 2 issues:

I need to add an extra picture or attachment to the team info, this, because we need to add the team organization chart, that contains board members, flag, and the 2 different uniforms, is there a way to achieve this?

Also, I'm trying to manually alter the ranking, this because I need to add some additional points to a team, I tried in the Project>>Teams option, I added 5 initial pointa to a team but it doesnt affect the ranking view, the points arent added.
