I have a question. Is possible install JoomLeague 2.0 into Joomla! 3.0.x ??

It's planned to make compatible JoomLeague for Joomla 3.0 ? Do you have any roadmap with this ?

There is currently no roadmap for Joomla 3.0.

and for future LTS 3.5 nothing in pending you need to do again other component ?

We never had another component ;) We only migrated the codebase (~683615 Lines) to something what Joomla required due their heavy framework changes. We have to do the same work for any future Joomla version. Adapt the codebase to be compatible with the current stable Joomla version. For the moment is it Joomla 2.5 ... and maybe if we have finished that we can go over to the latest available Joomla version ... maybe 3.0 or maybe 3.5 or maybe 6.0, i don´t know that right now.

yess i know you migrate the codebase, i just want to know if the work is harder and long for you at each time ?

for example 1.5 to 2.5 joomleague compatible take long time because many change to do, so for the 3.5 version is it same hard work ?

that simply depends on what Joomla has changed within their api/framework and how far we are from that changes away. it is impossible to give an estimate but generally it shouldn´t take the same amount of time ...
