create players from frontend

Hello,
I have created several sites using JoomLeague, but now I have a request different from the usual.
I have to allow the insertion of new players directly from the frontend. Do you know if there are extensions that do that?
If they did not exist could you advise me the query to be run on the database to create a player and attach it directly to a team?

The hole part of frontend-edit isn't ready to go now.
Developers are working on it.
