EAT abbreviation for overtime matches?

Postby shiftee » Sat Jan 08, 2011 12:11 am

Which file do I need to edit if I wanted to change the EAT abbreviation for games that end in overtime?

When a game ends in overtime, the result in the nextmatch module shows up as 2:1EAT (I'm assuming EAT = Extra Time). I checked all the php files in the view folder for the nextmatch module but EAT is nowhere to be found there so I am guessing it is getting that variable from somewhere else.

You should check the language file

I looked in that file but what you are telling me is to change OT to EAT. What I am saying is that the nextmatch module is displaying any played game that went into overtime with an EAT abbreviation instead of OT.. so it will look like 2:1EAT instead of 2:1 OT

I'm trying to figure out where it is getting the EAT variable from.

I found it. You led me to the right direction.

It was in nextmatch_ext module. It has it's own language file and I can change AET to OT in there.

Thanks much!
